AiSensy pricing in India, and 4 alternatives
AiSensy starts free and its paid plans start at ₹1,500. Agents, chatbot flows, AI and every broadcast message are paid separately. Here is how it adds up for an Indian team, and where the alternatives land.
Rupee prices checked on each vendor's own pricing page on 25 September 2026
AiSensy is a broadcast-first platform on the official WhatsApp Business API, popular with Indian coaching institutes, D2C brands and agencies. It is strong on campaigns: scheduled broadcasts, retargeting, click tracking, click-to-WhatsApp ads, plus catalogue sharing, a cart and payment collection by UPI and card.
Its Free Forever plan is a real starting point, with ₹50 of credit on sign-up, although that credit cannot be used for broadcasts. Paid plans start at ₹1,500 a month. Everything else is priced separately: extra agents, chatbot flows, an AI agent, an Indian virtual number if you need one, and each message from a prepaid wallet.
That model suits a team whose main job is sending campaigns. It gets expensive for a team whose main job is answering customers, because conversational tools (flows, AI, more agents) are the add-ons.
AiSensy plans, add-ons and message rates in rupees
AiSensy lists Basic at ₹1,500 a month (₹4,275 a quarter, ₹16,200 a year) with 1 owner and 5 agents and sending up to 40 messages a second, Pro at ₹3,200 a month (₹9,120 a quarter, ₹34,560 a year) which adds the campaign scheduler and click tracking, Premium at ₹9,100 with 1 owner and 9 agents at 250 messages a second, and Unlimited at ₹45,000 a month.
Add-ons: extra agents are ₹750 per seat a month, chatbot flows ₹2,500 a month and the AI agent ₹1,350 a month for 1,000 AI messages. An Indian virtual number, if you do not want to use your own, is ₹2,000 + GST a year or ₹299 a quarter.
Messages are prepaid from a wallet. For Indian numbers AiSensy charges ₹1.09 per marketing message and ₹0.145 per utility or authentication message, and service chats are free. Meta's own rates are ₹0.8631 and ₹0.1150, so the margin is about ₹0.23 per marketing message, roughly 26%. On a 10,000-message Diwali broadcast that is ₹10,900 against ₹8,631 at Meta's rate, a difference of ₹2,269.
GST: software subscriptions in India normally carry 18% GST on top of the listed price. Interakt shows its prices "+taxes" and AiSensy quotes its virtual number "+ GST", so budget for tax on every plan below. Spun's prices are per month plus applicable tax.
| Plan | Price (INR) | What you get / limits |
|---|---|---|
| Free Forever | ₹0 | ₹50 sign-up credit, not usable for broadcasts |
| Basic | ₹1,500/month | 1 owner + 5 agents, 40 messages a second |
| Pro | ₹3,200/month | Adds campaign scheduler and click tracking |
| Premium | ₹9,100/month | 1 owner + 9 agents, 250 messages a second |
| Unlimited | ₹45,000/month | For very large senders |
Plans, add-ons and India message rates read on https://aisensy.com/pricing on 25 September 2026. Meta rates from Meta's INR rate card effective July 1, 2026. Prices change often in this market. A coaching institute with 8 counsellors sending 3,000 marketing messages a month on AiSensy Basic: ₹1,500 plan + ₹1,500 for 2 agents beyond the 1 owner + 5 included (₹750 each) + ₹2,500 chatbot flows + ₹3,270 in messages (3,000 x ₹1.09) = ₹8,770 a month before GST. Spun: ₹1,999 a month for all 8, no message charges.
Why Indian teams look for an AiSensy alternative
AiSensy is a good broadcast tool. These are the common reasons a team outgrows it or finds it the wrong shape.
The highest marketing rate of the four
₹1.09 per marketing message is above Interakt (₹0.958), Gallabox (₹0.9926) and Meta's own ₹0.8631. For a big list, that is thousands of rupees a month.
Conversation features are add-ons
Chatbot flows (₹2,500), the AI agent (₹1,350 for 1,000 messages) and each agent beyond the plan (₹750) are paid separately, so a support-heavy team pays for several add-ons.
Prepaid wallet top-ups
Every message is drawn from a prepaid balance. Run out on the morning of a sale and your campaign pauses until someone tops up.
A new number, not the one parents or customers saved
Coaching institutes and clinics often want to keep the number already saved in thousands of phones and printed on every form.

1.Spun
Our pickBest for Indian teams that sell and support on the WhatsApp number customers already have saved
Spun links to your existing WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number by QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web links a laptop. The number your customers saved on their phones, printed on your shop board and shared in family groups stays the same, with its chats and groups. There is no API application, no template approval and no per-message charge, so a reply, a follow-up or a quote costs nothing extra.
The whole team works from one shared inbox with per-customer access, AI that drafts replies and sums up long chats, a per-chat language setting that transcribes voice notes and translates messages in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia, labels, a sales pipeline and Google Sheets sync. Campaigns go out one message at a time at a paced, human speed.
